10. General
All orders must be paid in full prior to procurement, build, or installation.
We do not accept deposits. Work will not commence until full payment has been received.
All machines are supplied as part of a fully installed package.
We do not offer supply-only sales.
All installations are completed at Bistro Trailers HQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation includes only the components agreed at the point of sale.
Any additional work, modifications, or customer-requested changes may incur additional charges.
Once installation is complete, customers may collect or arrange delivery.
Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
All gas work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
A Gas Safe certificate is provided for all gas installations completed by us.
All machines include a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
This is a back-to-base warranty unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for returning equipment to us for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Misuse or incorrect operation
- Lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by external factors
- Non-approved modifications
Orders are non-refundable once payment has been made and work has commenced.
As systems are built to order, cancellations may not be possible once procurement or installation has begun.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of earnings
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about their setup
- Operate equipment correctly
- Maintain equipment in line with guidance provided
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
